A key feature of the Salona 41 is her stainless-steel structural frame, which integrates the chainplates, keel, and mast loads into a single rigid structure. The hull is built using vinylester resin and vacuum infusion technology, resulting in a strong, lightweight, and durable construction.

This yacht is equipped with the Performance Package, featuring a Sparcraft mast with Harken batten cars and ball-bearing sliders, allowing quick, smooth, and effortless mainsail hoisting and lowering. Rod rigging further enhances performance by reducing weight aloft and improving sailing efficiency.

Deck hardware includes six Harken winches: two size 60 winches and four size 45 winches, providing excellent sail handling for both cruising and racing.
