X-Yachts X-612

X-Yachts X-612 from 2003

Signed by the renowned Danish shipyard X-Yachts and designed by Niels Jeppesen, the X-612 embodies the rare alliance between pure performance and offshore comfort. Produced in very limited series, this 60-foot is a sought-after unit by connoisseurs for its exceptional seagoing qualities and racing-cruising pedigree. Based in Martinique, this 2003 model benefits from a privileged sailing environment, at the heart of the most beautiful anchorages in the Caribbean.

With its sleek lines, powerful sail plan and rigorous construction incorporating the renowned X-Yachts steel structure, the X-612 delivers remarkable performance, particularly on the wind and reaching. Stable, fast and precise at the helm, it will appeal to both sports sailing enthusiasts and experienced sailors seeking thrills. Its spacious dual-helm cockpit and teak deck provide ideal ergonomics for crew sailing as well as small group navigation.

The warm and functional interior, in solid teak, offers comfortable and nautical living space:
* Large convivial saloon
* Fully equipped galley
* 3 double cabins
* 3 heads
A successful balance between performance spirit and offshore cruising comfort.

Purchased in 2019 by its current owner in the Mediterranean, this X-612 crossed the Atlantic in late 2023 and has cruised the Caribbean in recent years, which today requires cosmetic refreshing (woodwork, upholstery, varnish, deck...) to fully reveal its original standing. The structure is sound, equipment is current and functional, and the boat's overall potential makes it an excellent refit base, with significant value appreciation at stake.

This unit is well-equipped with, among others, a solid ROD rigging, serviceable sails, a robust 100 hp Yanmar engine, a powerful 9000 W generator, a 160 L/h watermaker, a 600 W hydro-generator and up-to-date, functional electronic equipment.

In summary
* Rare and sought-after model
* High-end performance
* Sound basis with strong potential
* Ideal Caribbean location
* Excellent opportunity for demanding owner or value-added refit project
